Christian Manuel Ventura, pass\u00e9 ma\u00eetre dans l\u2019art de la cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong>, a ouvert Casa Kaizen durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2020 sur l\u2019avenue des Pins. Un an plus tard, il propose un tout nouveau menu inspir\u00e9 davantage de son pays natal, le Mexique.<\/p>\n

Le chef r\u00eavait depuis longtemps d\u2019ouvrir un restaurant de cuisine mexicaine<\/strong> faisant honneur \u00e0 ses racines. Il concr\u00e9tisa son projet avec Casa Kaizen qui quelques mois seulement apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture, figurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 parmi plusieurs listes des meilleurs restaurants de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n

Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les tapas \u00e0 base de plantes<\/strong> qui marient \u00e0 merveille les saveurs mexicaines et japonaises, Casa Kaizen a r\u00e9cemment ajout\u00e9 plusieurs choix de tacos tous plus d\u00e9licieux les uns que les autres \u00e0 son nouveau menu.<\/p>\n

Les nouveaut\u00e9s<\/h3>\n

Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s \u00e0 essayer, le taco Nopales<\/strong> \u00e0 base de feuilles de cactus grill\u00e9es, de fromage de noix de cajou, de feta vegan, d\u2019oignon rouge et de chimichurri et le Yuba<\/strong> garni de peau de tofu cuite dans une sauce chili, de shiitake et d\u2019une sauce \u00e0 l\u2019avocat.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau menu d\u00e9couverte pour deux \u00e0 60 $ compos\u00e9 de 6 tacos, un tartare \u00e0 partager et 2 cocktails est un incontournable pour une exp\u00e9rience gustative hors du commun.<\/p>\n
